Last week, I was mostly downloading, figures why I'm low on updates. I downloaded two episodes of The Beautiful Life, but I think that's the last I'll ever see of them since the show has been axed.

Tsk tsk, sad news for Mischa Barton, the rest of the cast, and producer Ashton Kutcher.

So what's with Serena this upcoming season? Of course the lip-locking with Leighton Meester's real life boyfriend on the set.

The old Serena is new again -- making a comeback after a long sleep and as Eric Daman would say it, "she'll try to get attention through her clothing."

Gossip Girl costume designer Eric Daman is seen in this three-minute video discussing how he is outfitting Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) this season.
It's just a few hours before the season premier of Gossip Girl! I can't wait to see this:

Although Blair is anti-NYU, she manages to shine through her fashion statements.

But what will happen to the Chuck and Blair pair? They've just been together, but now it seems they're falling apart?

Let's just talk fashion and wait for the story to unfold in the next few hours. Here's a four-minute video feature in which Gossip Girl costume designer Eric Daman discusses how he is outfitting Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) this season, with a bonus look at Chuck Bass' new look (modeled after Michael Douglas' character in the film Wall Street).
One of the things that has been a huge part of my life is when CW had Gossip Girl. And now, my life is not complete without the scandalous lives of the Upper Eastside. And now that they've set a date on the upcoming third season, my life finally brightened up! WTF - as in, Watch This Fall, I don't want you to get a bad idea out of it. Mark your calendars on September 14!

We'll have to expect Serena caught in the middle of a paparazzi scandal and Dan becomes the king of college party and gets an intruiging new make-out partner. And Nate gets a new love interest, that's not new though is it? Of course there's Mr. Bass - after getting her most desired Blair is back in his old ways and finds himself tempted to stray from Blair. While the Queen B is not herself, looking sad and out of place at NYU.
Gossip Girl returns Sept. 14 with its new 9pm time slot. Here's the promo for season three and that shows the drama that came to our Gossip kids over the Summer.

I'm recently hooked with NBC's Chuck. I've just finished both seasons and I wish they'd be back for the third season pretty soon. I love the fabulous combination of suspense, romance, and good old-fashioned comedy.

I got a little excited to get to see Chuck's new kung fu skills (and who knows what else!)
After saying goodbye Gossip Girl, CW has a whole new line of series up their sleeve. I'm curious though of their Gossip Girl-esque show called Beautiful Life which stars actress Mischa Barton. The show is about a group of models who live and work together.
What made me say OMG was that Zac Posen was there in the first episode! As himself! While the girls walk down the runway in his fashion show.
Most of my friends are well aware, but for those who aren't informed. My mom died, almost a decade ago due to pancreatic cancer, they say it's one of the deadliest cancer. The moment we knew about her condition, she was only given a few months to live. Upon knowing this, we didn't have time to pause and talk about life or death for that matter. We focused more on the time we get to spend together. So what if you know you're gonna die soon? What would you have to say to your children and to the people you love?
Dr. Randy Pausch, a happily married man with three young children gave an inspirational speech about death and dreams. This man spent years working for Disney as an Imagineer who helped them develop some of their theme park attractions. He then went on to teach at Carnegie-Mellon University in Pennsylvania.
"Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want." -- Dr. Randy Pausch
Tsk tsk. As usual, I've a backlog of Gossip Girl rundowns yet to be posted. Anyways, here's the upcoming episode "Seder Anything" promo:
xoxo,

So who bags Vogue's February issue? None other than Upper East Side resident Serena van der Woodsen Blake Lively.

Blake Lively brought the grandeur of the old Hollywood look for the February issue of Vogue. Scoring this cover is big for this young actress, which was successfully done by renowned photographer Mario Testino. Here are the highlights:
* On how the show ignores the economic recession: "We live in an alternate universe on the show; it's a heightened reality, so I don't think the writers would work that in. They created a show that people can watch after a long day and not have to stress and worry and feel the burdens of real life. It's just an escape, watching these sparkly lives and just escaping into this other world for an hour."

* On the clothes: "The fashion is just unbelievable. You can watch our show on mute and be entertained. Just being here, walking around, you pick it up really quickly. In New York, you put on skinny jeans and riding boots and a leather coat and handbag, and you take on that posture and character. It becomes very natural."

* On putting her personal touches on Serena's wardrobe: "The more they work with me and see my style, and the more I learn about fashion, the more input I have. It's more collaborative now than it was in the beginning because then I had no idea what I was doing."
